The people sitting in the bottom of the pic were waiting for the 7:30 lights parade ( we left before cause we were freezing our gnads off). This one and the 12:30pm parade are the most popular ones, people sit down in the ground (on top of their plastic blankets- picnic style) to wait for the parade for hours in advance
